The equipment is able to produce all kinds of foam products you need: Household Sponge, Furniture Sponge, Sofa Sponge, Mattress Sponge, Pleated Sponge, Cushion Compound Sponge, Brassiere Sponge, Luggage Bags Sponge, Backpack Sponge, Packing Sponge, Car Roof Compound Sponge, Filter Sponge, Carpet Sponge, Microphone Sponge, Pillow Slow Rebound Sponge, Hat Sponge, Footwear Sponge, foam products needed in garment industry and automotive industry and other related sponge products.

It can produce foam density range from 6 to 180kg/m³ and hardness range from 200 to 2000. The powder can be added from 10% to 200% and sponge yellowness resistance can reach 3-5 of international standard class.
